Go for a yoga class

There are several yoga classes a day in almost each hostel! You can try the ones of:

  • Selina Playa Venao, facing the sea

  • Selina River, facing the jungle or even in the swimming pool with some aqua yoga.

Hike to the cascade and the panorama

There is a trail part of Eco Venao Hotel. The access is 4$ per person and it will lead you to a cascade and an amazing viewpoint on Playa Venao up in the hill. Along the way, you will cross some incredible trees and will get some explanations on how indigeneous people use them.

Lunch at the foodcourt

There is a food court close to the beach where they offer "menu del dia" or day meal at lunch (around 6$) and other dishes also available at nights (10-12$):

  • Oleajes de sabores: typical panamean food for lunch (meat, rice and patacones)

  • Blue Rooster: everything chicken cooked by a coulpe of Argentinians

  • Fama Sushis: for sushis at night or a good lunch

There are other nice options for dinners:

  • Gatto Blanco: delicious pizzas by the beach

  • La Cantina: mediterranean food

  • Coleo: fusion panamean and oriental food

And if you are looking for breakfasts or snacks:

  • Pan'Ar: delicious for their croissants dulce de leche and their empanadas

  • Sol: for smoothie bowls and eggs options

Walk to Playita

"Playita" is the name of the beach just behind Playa Venao. You can reach it via a 20-minute walk accessible at the end South of the beach. Playita is very wild! You can even encounter a doe. Be careful at the jellyfish, especially when the sea is blurred!
