Sleep on a tiny island
There are 365 islands but only 49 are inhabited by the Guna people and a few of them can accomodate tourists. Don't expect for luxury: the accomadations are quite simple cabins and the food is very basic. On the San Blas you will go back to simplicity and authencity. You will need to book your all inclusive tour with an agency. We can recommend Panama Heavens.

Discover the Guna culture
The Guna is an indigeneous community who has kept their identity and traditions in a changing world. You will meet them along the way as they are the only owners of the islands. You also need to cross a boarder showing your passport and paying a 20$ entry tax.
Swim in crystal clear waters
The sea is a palette of blue and green shades. You will be astonished by the colors of the water wherever you go!

Hop on hop off the islands
There are so many islands! You will visit a hanful of them! But no worries, there are all quite similars: tiny islands, palm trees, crystal clear waters... a real paradise. Some of the most famous are Pero Grande, Pero Chico, Naranjo Chico and Isla Pelicano. By the way, the latest was used for some shots of the Netflix shows La Casa de Papel season 3 (Money Heist).
Enjoy a dip in a natural swimming pool
There are several natural swimming pools in the middle of the sea. The waters become shallowers and transparent.
